What we help with
Five things small teams ask us for most
Troubleshooting
Services that won’t start, full disks, slow servers, permission errors, failed updates. We find the root cause, fix it and explain what happened.
Automation scripts
Turn repetitive manual jobs into reliable Bash, Python or Ansible scripts that run on a schedule, with logging so you can see what they did.
Server provisioning
New server or new VM? We build it from a consistent, documented baseline: users, SSH keys, firewall, time sync, monitoring hooks and backups.
CIS hardening
We configure your servers to follow the CIS Benchmarks and give you a clear list of what changed, so audits and customer security questionnaires are easier.
VM patching
A safe, repeatable patching routine for your virtual machines, so updates get applied on time without breaking services or causing surprise downtime.

Questions
Linux support FAQ
What is CIS hardening?
CIS Benchmarks are free, widely used security configuration guides published by the Center for Internet Security. Hardening means changing a server’s settings (SSH, users, services, firewall, logging, file permissions) to follow them, so it is much harder to break into. We apply the benchmarks that fit your setup and tell you what we changed. We are not affiliated with CIS.
What does VM patching involve?
We review which updates your virtual machines need, test them on a non-critical machine first where possible, schedule the change for a quiet time, apply it, and confirm that your services came back. You get a short summary of what was updated.
Which Linux distributions do you support?
Mainly RHEL-compatible systems (RHEL, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux) and Ubuntu. Tell us what you run and we will confirm.
Do you work on-site?
Mostly remotely, over a secure session you control. Send us the problem and we will tell you if we can help.
How do you charge?
Per job, quoted after we understand the problem. You will know the price before any work starts.
